The Captive to a System I Cannot Escape Without Legal Intervention Anymore Than My Ancestors Could—So I Pray for The Same Liberation They Took

Since I returned to the unit that I rent from Don Klyberg, I have noticed the smell of rotten potatoes in the air in the living room and especially in the kitchen. 

Reflecting On Retaliatory Trafficking by Police Because Bus Driver Reported Richard Neumann Even Though I Told Him Not To—White People Are So Dangerous, Especially Liberals Because They Show Up As The Same Colonizers They've Always Been. They Take Total Control Where They Have No Right, Cause Harm To Every Person The Touch and Call It Help. He Punished Me With Trafficking for Having A Panic Attack About Trafficking and Called It Help.

I Was Woken Up By A Uniformed Officer Claiming To Check On My Safety Only To Purposely Humiliate Me With His Friends, Act As Though He Was Going to Kill Me Himself and Then Be Transported To a Public Location Where I Was Once Again Forced to Strip Naked In Front of An Audience of Men—While Sick, While Disabled, While Scared, While Robbed, While Harassed, While Stalked, While Torn from My Own Family Who Are Suffering Too, While Exhausted, While Innocent and While Screaming from The Roof Tops and Providing All The Evidence That This Entire Claim Is "Fraud" Retaliation from a County That Was Correctly Reported for Physical, Emotional, Financial, Social Torture, Defamation, Theft and Fraud. 

But That is "Minnesota Nice" Pretend Everything True and Proven by Evidence Is An Attack On The Actual Guilty Party and Nothing Has Been Reported So There Is No Proof and Nothing Is Proven—and Therefore I'll Lie To Myself That I Am Just Doing My Job—When What I Am Doing Is Using My Employment Title and Access to Torture...Criminally, Proving Myself The Most Dangerous Animal and Worst Thing to Happen On Planet Earth, Whilst Demanding My Victims Participate In A Fantasy Where All Facts Are Muted and The World Around Me Pretends I Am Not The Inhumane Animal My Factual Behavior Says I Am—and, With Full Confidence I'll Tell Them All How They Need Me, Force Them To Thank Me, Force Them To Stay With Me, Force Them to Profess A Love Towards Me That I Obviously Can Never Truly Have Because I Am Addicted to Violent, Anti-Human, Destruction of All Forms of Life.

When the police came to traffic me in retaliation for the bus driver reporting the panic attack I had on the bus when returning to the property where registered sex offender and relentless harasser Richard Neumann resides, I had been too mentally and physically exhausted to put the groceries away, and it had been about two weeks since I had the mental and physical strength to upkeep the apartment, which is foundationally too filthy to ever be cleaned.

I hadn't even been able to sleep in two days between the growing coughing and fluids from the cancer that Minnesota Valley Action Council has most likely forced into my body through Energy Assistance fraud, I would not know because the state and especially this county WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ACCESS REASONABLE CLINICAL MEDICAL TREATMENT.

The forced weight gain from registered sex offender Richard Neumann controlling my diet through refusal to make repairs to the unit's refrigerator and stove, and the persistent vermin infestation, and the anxiety of every state agency that has been contacted since January 18th of 2024 only ignoring my complaints where they do not intentionally cover up my complaints and retaliate against me for filing a complaint in the first place—just like the sixteen years of maltreatment I experienced at the hands of DHS fraudsters, supporters, and institutional criminality in Minnesota before I escaped by refusing to enter another lease agreement February 28, 2019.

This was when both Minnesota and the federal government empowered Dakota County Community Development Authority to point-blank steal my 19-year good-standing Housing Choice Voucher by refusing to release my moving papers at my transfer, resulting in 1,775 days of brutal, violent, sickening, illegally forced homelessness that led directly to this unit and Don Klyberg, where I have been abandoned another 700+ days, the daily victim of criminal and sexual harassment in my own home without any escape but death—either death of the predator tormenting me or death of myself—because I do not experience the freedom to exist without being a victim of sexual violence because those employed in government will not enforce the law to protect me.

And for these 700 days of what has now become a circumstance of an emotionally abusive relationship, despite my refusal to participate, I'm a hostage to it. It controls me. He controls me. The State of Minnesota controls me "once again."

For this to come after the State of Minnesota deemed me a criminal for using my Second Amendment right to stop a threatened sexual attack at the last property at 9 Bluebird Apartments in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where I landed after outrunning the trafficking ring that accessed me in the state that I fled to solely because Dakota County Community Development Agency has been enabled to steal my housing voucher, placing me in homelessness where I would never be with people I don't know and love myself too much to ever voluntarily choose to be involved with.

I do not know these predators. I didn't attract them.

These predators are part of the amenities that come with the neighborhoods that are created by and maintained by government-employed fraudsters who break the law and refuse to uphold the law until conditions deteriorate, and then put the lowest form of citizen criminals—i.e., your slumlords and pedophiles, your rapists and murderers—at the head of institutions and government operations in these neighborhoods, knowing that there is no limitation to what they will do to the human beings that come through these neighborhoods.

And as they do so, every government office in Minnesota profits from the victims being there as low-income body counts, which the government can demand more funding to resolve, and never release the funding they received to resolve the problem toward resolving the problem.

Instead, they fatten their own pockets, the pockets of their supporters, and the pockets of the criminals which they allow to commit fraud and other crimes while they watch this form of organized violence devour Black lives, which they would otherwise not have the access or ability to execute violence against with no accountability if they weren't able to put them into a low-income state and execute violence through fraud in their employment that allows violence and destruction of all forms to prevail by refusing to enforce policy, regulation, and law where the victims are Black.

This is the way that white supremacy functions in the North: the plausible deniability which the state prevails in against financially broken people that cannot afford the representation to win an argument against a corrupt government that rules based on how they feel about the individual, where legislation becomes a moot point. It is the equivalent of overt sundown Southern Klan racism, but it is oh so much more effective than overt racism can ever become when it can put beautiful, charismatic, likeable faces like Governor Walz or Black faces like Attorney General Keith Ellison at the head of government programs to proclaim, surely, no one as likeable as me or that looks like me, a state that is as welcoming to foreign immigrants as we are, can be responsible for egregious, inhumane, fatal torture of our Black citizens without any requirement to prove that it is factually true and not just blanket rhetoric with no basis in fact.

And then DOJ investigations and federal research and medical research can all produce reports that say it is not true: these people are harming Black Americans to the degree they are worse off in Minnesota than anywhere else in the United States. And the public will still pretend as if there is not a whole population of Americans that are existing without access to so much as human rights, let alone any other rights, and never know how bad the retaliation for attempted escape from this tortured existence becomes because millions gather to say "Black lives matter" just so that even one life can be heard, and society screams, government included, with its complacency to crack down on corruption and crime and fraud in its own ranks, "all lives matter," silencing victims with plausible deniability that immediately deems them lying troublemakers which will require war against their own nation to prove otherwise.

People would like to suggest, "Why don't you just move?" And that is the importance of the documentation and testimony that I am providing on this website and through my published books—I did move.

I was fought for two years to remain in the state against my legal right to leave, ultimately having to flee, and when I fled, everything that belonged to me and sustained my life was illegally withheld by the state. They sent actors across the nation to drug and hospitalize me the evening before my housing meeting to finalize my contracts for out-of-state relocation were complete.

They systematically crashed my credit. They nationally scrambled my identity to open sealed identity changes that they weren't able to produce the legally mandated causes to open otherwise.

They illegally barred me from housing and the freedom to operate transportation anywhere in the United States except the State of Minnesota, driving me back to the maltreatment and abuse I had escaped to successfully connect with surgeries outside of the state, which immediately put me back to work for the first time since DHS fraud removed my freedom to work by blocking medical treatment since 2003, when I fell ill with Chiari malformation.
