Subject: Sexual Harassment, Retaliation, and Federal Mail Tampering by Property Manager

Log Entry:

On April 16, 2025, I returned to the property to find that my name had been reattached to the mailbox. I said, in a regular voice "okay, so I do live here." In response, to a prior incident of the property manager stopping my mail with the note "Tenant no longer lives here." as I opened the mailbox. I was under camera surveillance, in the property managers apartment as I checked my mailbox.  

This entry documents an escalating pattern of retaliation and harassment by Rick Newmann, a property manager at the property of absentee slumlord Don Klyberg . After rejecting sexual advances made in person, I was subjected to approximately four months of cyber sexual harassment through unwanted and inappropriate "grooming" text messages. Every day since I have been a victim of violent, destructive, debilitating, retaliatory harassment

Since December 2023, this individual has physically tampered with or accessed my personal mailbox without consent—an act that constitutes a violation of federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1708). This intrusion occurred within the broader context of sexual grooming, targeted retaliation, coercion, and intimidation. The behavior has created a living environment that is hostile, unsafe, and traumatizing.
