Incident Summary:

On Friday, April 25, 2025, a wireless router was delivered to my address in an attempt to mitigate the ongoing electronic harassment I have been enduring. This router was ordered in hopes of evading the persistent electronic harassment that seems inescapable.

However, this delivery has resulted in further emotional and physical trauma due to the ongoing mail tampering and mailbox harassment perpetrated by Rick Newmann, property manager at absentee owner Don Klyberg's property. The stress caused by these continuous violations has significantly worsened my anxiety, PTSD / Legal Abuse Syndrome (LAS), and physical health, particularly affecting my already Stage 2 blood pressure and Chiari malformation (a neurological condition). The impact has become so severe that simply approaching the mailbox now causes intense emotional panic and physical distress, often to the point where I am physically unable to function for an extended period.

Since July 2022, I have experienced extreme fluctuations in my blood pressure that cause me to become lightheaded, exhausted, and immediately unconscious within seconds to minutes, until my body stabilizes, usually lasting fifteen minutes to two hours. This ongoing physical stress and psychological trauma are a direct result of the chronic, systematic crimes I am forced to endure, along with the environment that comes with these crimes. Both the chronic and situational illnesses caused by these systematic crimes have been consistently reported since 2003. However, these issues have been compounded by continued negligence, refusal to investigate, cover-ups, and further retaliation against me for reporting them— a few events from literally millions over this time span which serve as the foundation for the book series.

Despite these challenges, I continue to attempt to recover my mail. However, the ongoing tampering with my mail, as described below, is further exacerbating the situation.

Details of the Mail Tampering Incident:

On Sunday, April 27, 2025, at approximately 2:17 p.m., I was able to recover the package containing the router that had been delivered on April 25, 2025. Upon inspecting the package, I observed the following:
The package was cut open, just enough to remove the router, indicating that someone had tampered with it.
The router itself was covered with a white chalky substance, suggesting possible contamination or deliberate damage.
Inside the package, the identity and password information for the router was included, providing the mail tamperer with access to sensitive data.
This tampering constitutes a serious violation of my privacy, safety, and well-being, and indicates that the person responsible for this continues to have unfettered access to my mail. The act of tampering with my mail in this way is an ongoing violation of federal law and is indicative of a pattern of harassment and coercive control.
