Making A Killing — A Civic Whistleblower’s Testimony
This exposé is grounded in the lived experience and documentation of a civic whistleblower with decades of direct involvement in Allina Health and Minnesota’s public service infrastructure. The investigation reveals fraud, systemic racism, and a willful, institutional refusal to enforce policy — conditions that have fueled a sustained and preventable crisis in Black health outcomes, high mortality rates, and public service failure.
If you have information, insight, or professional experience related to Minnesota’s healthcare system, public agencies, or racialized policy enforcement — your voice is essential.
We accept tips, records, and requests from individuals who have experienced or witnessed:
- Targeted denial of care or access
- Racial or retaliatory treatment within public systems
- Fraudulent or negligent conduct in state-funded programs
- Failure of agencies to act on known harm
