The carpet in Don Klyberg’s unit is heavily soaked with urine, covered in mold, and riddled with holes. The carpet and surrounding environment are so severely contaminated that the entire unit is filled with a constant orange toxic mist.

State Medical, Financial, and Psychological Torture During Trafficking at Don Klyberg’s Property: The Constant Toxic Ammonia In The Air Making Me Sick

Applied Ms. Myers cleaner to the wall and computer screen and this is the result. This is the constant "ammonia" from moldy pet soaked carpets which I have documented since 2023. 

I do not have healthcare, and like ALL Black Americans in the state of Minnesota, I have NEVER experienced sufficient access to proper or adequate clinical or hospital medical treatment within the borders of Minnesota. 

In fact, clinical medical abuse and fraud is so violent, rampant, out-of-controlled and "covered-up" when reported, especially by employees of The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) whom clinics are communicating with for payment—that is has become "dangerous" for me to seek clinical treatment due to:

1.) The wear on my body to get there just to be psychologically attacked by racist in the clinic room when I arrive alone upon arrival, 

2.) be denied medical treatment 100% of the time

3.) Be denied consultation with the doctor who only reads previous, often fraudulent records from the last clinic, and attacks black victims if they say that information is inaccurate when it is inaccurate

4.) Be ordered unneeded and unrelated test because DHS is not checking from a billing standpoint and they're attacking black people on their case loads that report fraud in the clinical setting blocking care, clinics are aware if this and so they see medical assistance and start ordering years of unrelated testing in order to bill for the appointments and labs all while the patients are being denied medical treatment becoming sicker or permanently disabled.

White people in Minnesota are totally closed to hearing or accepting that this happening to us so I do not waste my time telling people who are clearly happy that I am being abused or they would not be closed to hearing that we are being abused and they are part of the problem because they are acting as mandated reporters to file complaints on our behalf we we report fraud or attacks in clinics and fraudulent billing by clinics. 

And they do not want to hear it because they are intentionally using every possible means to torture black Minnesotans too—like silencing reports of abuse as if they're not mandated reporters and silencing reports of medical programs fraud as if it does not relate to them as workers in the program. 

But then they're still violently demanding that victims of clinical abuse and medical program fraud give them an explanation of what's wrong with them, when they already did, and then they start forcing victims to say or cooperate with the alternate explanation the social worker makes up as part of the torture pyramid that the victim did something wrong, or is defective and therefore they have to shut up and do what the social worker says  (which is shut up and pretend not to be a victim of current abuse causing the current circumstances) or get legally attacked by the social worker—and never get off welfare, never get away from the perpetrators abusing them because they have medical assistance, because the abuse they endure and the fraud taking place between clinic and DHS is never brought to light.

But that's okay, because we have evidence in research and from outside the state borders and its just my prayer that the public can see everyone inside the borders as the violent entities they are for not addressing what's happening in their own yard—but others are—as see that as proof, because it is proof, of guilt and torturers hiding in plain sight because they are when playing any role to create or maintain clinical abuse against black Minnesotans.

For seventeen years from 2003-2020, until my temporary escape from the state literally beating, breaking, robbing, silencing me and chronically forcing me in reach of criminal sexual offenders through crime and fraud and ignoring that fraud and crime I suffered daily physical attacks by Minnesota as a vulnerable adult.

In 2020, I got out and made it across the nation, and I immediately began undergoing major and minor surgeries to start addressing the injuries caused by criminals in Minnesota’s government—not my diagnosis.

I had to do this while homeless on the street because Minnesota fraudulently withheld my moving papers and refused to answer the phone during my transfer, resulting in the seizure of everything I owned, 1,775 days of forced criminal homelessness, and making me an Internally Displaced Person (IDP), which I remain today despite the state’s failure to document me as such.

Justice is guaranteed “eventually,” just as liberation from plantations was guaranteed “eventually.” Until then, I am going to make absolutely every government employee who fails me through policy, regulation, and/or law public, because I understand that the only problems I have are that I am a victim of injurious and damaging crimes. Therefore, I need to document what the problems are, particularly since those same criminals are obstructing my ability to escape further injury and financial damage.

I do not want contact with anyone who is psychologically abusing me by attempting to force me to cooperate with some fantasy that is not real, has nothing to do with my actual issues, and therefore serves only as a distraction, drain, and threat to my recovery and my possibility of returning to safety.

Nor am I interested in people trying to “own me” like property and force upon me, like property, what they think is best after five minutes of contact with me—obviously without listening to me to begin with—and then punishing me like slave plantation property whether I “obey” or not because their plans are “failures from the beginning.” 

And always include me bearing the loss and responsibility to repair what criminals have done "to me" not with me—with no justice and recovery, irrespective of what that does my physical, mental and financial health, just to finish in time for a new attack to occur and for me to be ordered to accomplish the same thing again as if I am the criminal not the victim and that is now three generations of my family (me, my children, and my grandchildren) we killed and yet here we are at yet another alleged crisis that was created by a flat out criminal theft of benefits. And I am told to take "help to get it back."

I am pretty sure not one DHS employee is going to file a robbery complaint against SSA or act as a mandatory reporter to report that the office fraudulently attacked a vulnerable adult on their case load and violated their right to maintain benefits during/after an appeal too... despite having all the evidence and the employment obligation to do so. So I know its not "help" I have take to access energy, its degradation, control, punishment, cooperative silence and cooperative performance. 

If I cooperate, they fail, and I am attacked and blamed. If I refuse, knowing that their plan is going to fail to meet the mark, and instead preserve my health and resources for a real opportunity at a solution, I am attacked and blamed.

In twenty-three years of disability, with no medical treatment, it has NEVER gone differently with Minnesotans in state government.

But, as this connection proves, I am not allowed to protect myself by staying away from those “types” who have attacked me and made everything worse 100% of the time.

First, one government office criminally and fraudulently robs you so that you cannot afford basic necessities. Then another office tells you that, if you want access to those basic necessities to stay alive, they have to own you—you must report to them, submit to their control, and allow them to “own” you, even when the situation is beyond the scope of their program rules.

Meanwhile, they ignore the Social Security, HUD, real estate, and state-level crimes that are actually responsible for every single circumstance creating the crisis in the first place.

It is literally conjuring a crisis out of thin air—then using that manufactured crisis as justification for ownership.

Ownership to ensure failure.

Abuse. Racism. Fraud. And Abuse.
