Dear Mark—Dog Waste In Common Areas

SICK TO MY STOMACH FOR WEEKS DUE TO DOG WASTE IN COMMON AREAS

I have been sick to my stomach for weeks because dog feces in the common areas is filling my apartment with a persistent foul odor. I cannot leave my apartment when I want because loose dogs are routinely left in the hallways without their owners present, preventing me from safely entering and exiting the property.
